Terms of Use

Service Conditions and Liability Framework

This document defines the rules governing access to Forceprotectionpros engineering portal and the responsibilities of both parties when using our testing and audit services.

1. Scope of Services

Forceprotectionpros provides mechanical impact engineering services, including kinetic load testing of industrial perimeter bollards, tensile anchor bolt verification for machinery restraint frames, and kinetic shock barrier audits in automated freight depots. We do not provide private security, personal protection, or self-defense equipment services.

All services are delivered according to applicable engineering standards and documented procedures. Test results are reported with reference to the specific methodology used and the conditions under which testing was performed.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about the structures, materials, and operating conditions relevant to the testing or audit. This includes access to design drawings, maintenance records, and site-specific safety protocols.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the testing area is prepared according to the agreed safety requirements and that all relevant personnel are informed of the scheduled activities.

3. Limitations of Liability

While we exercise professional care in conducting tests and audits, results reflect conditions at the time of testing. We do not guarantee future performance of tested structures under conditions that differ from those documented during the assessment.

Forceprotectionpros is not liable for damages arising from improper use of test data, unauthorized modifications to tested structures after assessment, or failure to act on identified deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the portal for users who misuse test data, misrepresent our findings, or violate applicable engineering safety regulations.

Clients may discontinue use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations regarding confidentiality and proper use of delivered reports remain in effect.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in engineering standards, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the portal before they take effect.
